Lock Poker Hand Histories only show partial player names?

How can I use PT with Revolution / Lock Poker if the hand histories are only showing partial user names? I see my user name but others are disguised with asterisks followed by their seat # at the table. What gives?

BTW, I am running on an iMac with OSX Mountain Lion if that makes a difference.

What I should have also asked - is this the norm for Lock Poker? Are all of you guys getting only partial names in your HH?

Revolution now write full player names (Cake changed this some time ago).
It could be that you're still using their "version 1" software - if you update to the latest client then it should write complete names.

Please note that the Mac client which Lock uses is initially exclusive to Lock and isn't yet supported for auto-importing. The hands should import using manual import, but won't import live yet.

I have tried to download the "newest" version of LockPoker but continue to get a version 1.153.5 in the title bar of the app. The "about" screen shows Version 1.0 (11.1.0.26133).

Anyone know where I can find version 2?

I purchased Parallels 8.0 today and downloaded your 4.0 trial and Lock Poker's windows version.

As far as your HUD goes, I had to manually update the path to the Hand History folder but have a question:

Is it looking for the path to the ".../Hand History" directory or to the ".../Hand History/bkimbrell@mysite.com/HH"?

I wondered because I remember prior versions using my Screen Name rather than my email address. Do I need to add my email address as an alias in PT4.0 in order for it to see my hand histories and begin running the HUD?

The link Kraada posted prompts as version 2 for me too.
Did you install it and make sure you're running the new version?
v1 of the Cake software will not work properly with PokerTracker as it doesn't have the required functionality.

You can set up the import to the main "Hand History" folder - anything in any subfolders will be imported.

I have the HH folders importing manually but they will not come in as I am playing. I guess I will have to live with updating manually every few hands.

Now for the HUD. It does not come up at all. Do I need to do something other than go thru the setup for Revolution to make the HUD work?

That's all you should need to do, but you will need to be using version 2.0 or higher of their software for things to work properly with us.

I am running their Windows version 2.0.1.4577 since the Mac client was not really working well anyway. So what needs to happen to get this software working?

One more issue is that when it comes up it gives a message that I have less that 1GB of memory available but I went through the instructions to move that to 2GB in the virtual machine memory.

I would be happy to supply any info or schedule a session where you can look at my setup remotely.
