I'm sure this will be addressed when tournament results/summary entry gets its overhaul in the near future.

Full Tilt just added 27 turbo sngs for the level I play so I started palying them and the 18 turbos today. When PT3 imports the tournament summary from FTP all 9, 18 and 27 man turbo sngs are labeled as the Table Type "SnG (Speed/Turbo)" instead of labeling 18s as "SnG (2 Table)" and the 27s as "SnG (3 Table)".

I can't seem to figure out a way to filter the turbo sng results by number of players in the tourney. Can I change the way that PT3 assigns the Table Types or is there another way to filter the tourneys? Unfortunately the 18s and 27s don't fill quickly enough to stick to playing one or the other and just using a separate database for each of them.

Further tournament options will be added, along with (I believe) a way to at least change types, if not configure your own.
Please create a ticket on the Support system and attach hand history and summary files for these tournaments so that the development team have some information about them.
