HUD not updating (BOSS)

The HUD only updates my hands when playing. Other players stats only updates if i restart the HUD.

I started playing session on BM but there is no stats or any HUD displaying will it appear itself or do I have to make it happen?

Boss does not write hand histories for observed hands, so it will only import played hands, and therefore the HUD will only update while you're playing.

You need to configure PT3 to import hand histories from the correct folder - if you click the 'auto detect' button on the Boss Media Config tab it should configure it for you.

I reinstalled PT3 and now it's working but indeed HUD is not updating - only my stats (of course while I'm playing) and I need to reset PT all the time to update other players stats - it's really uncomfortable. is there any solution?

Also PT3 doesn't remember my BM screenname when I close down the aplication and start it again. am I the obly one having this issue?

Are hands auto importing correctly?
Please check your HUD Options tab to make sure that you don't have anything set to prevent stats updating (like a gap in your Refresh Rates).

You need to configure your player name using the Settings button on the Texas Holdem tab.

The refresh rate is on default, so it cant be that. Dunno what else can prevent stats from updating.

HHs auto importing is OK and my stats are refreshing every hand, only stats for players are not refreshing - I don't have that problem on PS and FTP so I guess something is wrong with HUD for BM.

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

Same problem for me , i have tried to set a new refresh rate with the values 1, 100000, 1 and deleted the others, but still same problem.
