reads hands but does not imprt

hi i am trying to set up PT3 i been using HEM for a long time and wanna change over now even though i woned PT3 for a long time... Im getting frusterated all its doing is sees a hand is there but does not import it than i mess with it some more... and all a sudden its not reading any files i also tried the user manual i can get it nor do i understand it... please help i have to use hem till i get help thanx

What site are you playing at? Do you have your hand histories set to save in your poker client? Are you running the poker client and PT3 both as Administrator?

im using bodog... i looked in bodog to see if they have a spot where it saves HH but i dont think it does. im having trouble on setting up the bodog handgrabber with PT3. also how do i set them to administrative???

Bodog does not save hand histories so you must use a hand grabber. This is why it is very important to start Auto Import well before you start your poker session.
