Hello again i have a problem one day i decide get program sng wizard okey after session decide to check my hands and see where i make a bad deccision then i can it check but next day i woke up turn on my computer open and a folder where is my all hand history i saw all empty folders so all the time my hand history was delleting when i turn of computer so today i decide it repair i did everything how in this guide http://www.pokertracker.com/products/PT ... ntractconf but it do not help i am getting in pt3 that message "Unable to launch auto-import for site: Entraction Network. Reason: Entraction auto-importer needs to be configured." so now my hand`s is not importing can you help somehow what should i do ? Thanks

one more thing when i select another one folder then my pt3 is working but hand history is not saving when i shut down or close my poker client

Please make sure you're running your poker client as Administrator and that it is set to save hand histories properly - after PT3 imports the hands it imports, they're moved to the Processed folder by default which is in C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerTracker 3\Processed - you'll be able to find all of your older hands there.
