if I transfer everything configuration the PT3 files to other computer, including layouts.pt3, the statistics hud arrangement at a table has to remain?

Yes. You can also make this a lot easier on yourself by using our backup system which you can find in File -> Backup. That will backup all of these files which will include your HUD locations.

but why that after transfer of files on other computer, an arrangement of statistics of a harm got off why so could occur?

me simply copied a directory from PT3 from one computer on another, and the statistics of a harm changed the arrangement

Just copying files should likely work but we still recommend using our backup and restore system as it is the easiest and safest way to go.
