That window should come up. If you already have PostgreSQL installed then you need to enter your settings here. If PostgreSQL is installed on your local computer then you should only need to enter your username and password. (Do you remember these from whenever you installed Postgres?

If you do not remember your password, I do not think there is an easy way to recover it. You will need to backup all of your PostgreSQL databases (use the PT2 feature). Completely uninstall PostgreSQ, reboot your computer, then download the copy of PT3 with pgsql and do a completely fresh install.

I'ev posted this twice tonight. EDIT: thrice now :)

If you don't know your postgres password, set authentication to "trust" in pg_hba.conf to avert the need for knowing a correct password. Less secure, far quicker :)
