No HUD on pokerheaven on cash games

Hi!
I played 1 tournament on pokerheaven and the HUD worked then, but when I play a cash game PT4 doesn't seem to recognize there's a table open. As far as I know the auto-import folders are correct. I'm not sure, but I think I had a working HUD before when I played Hold'em. Have played Omaha lately.

Another thing I noticed is that the 'Launch' option for Boss/G2 room is greyed out, in contrast to for instance stars which I launch from PT4.

EDIT I thought it would work on Omaha, but I obviously only had the Hold'em version. So new questions:
1. Can I try the Omaha upgrade 30 days?
2. Is there any reduced price if I upgrade to include Omaha?
