PT4: HUD problem

Postby shephard » Sat Oct 05, 2013 11:19 am

Hi
I just set up a new system w/ windows 8.1 and I got a problem with the PT4 Hud. Whenever I move a table window the hud only moves a bit and not as much as the table itself. Which basically means, that there is only one position for the table on the desktop where the HUD is exactly where it is supposed to be. Obv when I tile or cascade multiple tables the hud for every table is in a slightly different position.
How it is supposed to be:

How it is when the table is in a diffrent position than in pic1:

The HUD layout is locked

It looks like you may have windows magnification on. To turn it off, right click the desktop and choose Screen Resolution. At the bottom click "Make text and other items larger and smaller" and set it back to 100% and that should fix things for you.

Thanks for the reply, but magnification is off. for whatever reason the HUD is somewhat detached from the table window

In that case please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. Your logs will contain added information we can use to diagnose and fix this problem for you.
