PT4 10.2 does not track Carbon poker

After recent update of Carbon poker software, PT4 no able to track HH while playing.
Does any one know how to fix this?

I have doubled checked HH locations, and it is actived on Carbon poker software.

This is a known issue with Merge tournament hands due to a bug in their software update. I've been told they're going to get it fixed but I don't know when that will be done.
