HUD not working. Not Importing hands.

My HUD for the PT3 is not working on carbon. I have downloaded the latest version and gone through the forums, tried a few tips and none have work. Emailed support and was told to submit a bug report bud sadly I can't figure out how to. Any help will be appreciated.
