Managing Aliases?

trying to start a new database and it wont let me add new alias the drop down box where you select which alias you want the little red man to the right is blanked out and has a question mark through it and i am unable to click it? any help please as this is does not let my pokertracker to work

You need to import hands before you can alias players together -- you can only add aliases for players already in the database.
