wrong winnings

Hey im not able to import my pt3 database. and when i do it manually it says i have lost like 1200 $ when im actually a winning player. what do i do?

Do you mean you're importing into PT3? (or importing your PT3 data to PT4 for example?)
What site do you play at?
Are you playing cash or tournaments (and scheduled or SNGs)?
Some sites don't provide summary (winnings) information for tournaments in which case there is nothing for PokerTracker to import.
