Table Tracker does not open tables in new Stars update

Version 2.812 of the Stars software as of 12/09/08 does not allow TT to open the tables, whereas the previous update of PT had fixed this. FYI and thank you

Are you running Beta 22? If not, please try upgrading to Beta 22, and making sure that PT and PokerStars are both running as administrator, as not running either as administrator can cause this to not function properly.

Same problem here. It's the same after every stars update.
I'm running beta 22 and everything's run as admin.

They did post a fix to this which worked for beta 19 & 20 but the same fix doesn't work for beta 22. Every time PS bring out an update it breaks table tracker and PokerTracker support really need to sort this ASAP as we are paying extra for the privilege of using TT and not getting value for money or acceptable response times. Very hacked off, so predictable.

PokerStars keeps changing the functionality that PT3 uses to open the tables. We cannot predict what PokerStars will change, we can only react. This is how things have always worked. We will get this resolved as soon as we can.

1) Copy everything from C:\Program Files\PokerStars\backup to C:\Program Files\PokerStars directory
2) Use C:\Program Files\PokerStars\PokerStars.exe to open your PokerStars program

That is the way to use this older version of PokerStars program again.
I just try and everything works fine.

Sorry, buddy, but this is simply not enough for the amount you're charging us. You have to get in contact with Stars so they stop changing the functionality. Or you have to react much faster than the last times. But Table Tracker not working for several days after every Stars update is not an option for me.

PokerStars table opening will be resolved in the next beta release.

If you do not want to wait until then, you can do the following:

1. Open 'My Computer' and browse to your PokerTracker 3/Data directory.
2. Delete the following two files:
   • if1.dll
   • if1.enc
3. Download if1.enc and save it to your PokerTracker 3/Data directory.
4. (Re)Start PokerTracker 3 and PokerStars table opening should now work within TableTracker.
