many hands are imported incorrectly in the hand history attached to that ticket. Now that you got the files to parse and the nice little HUD numbers to show onscreen, you can hopefully take care of those pesky irrelevant details, such as getting $ amounts and wins/losses right...

I like Pokertracker, and I'm willing to chalk up this crappy update to an oversight on your part. However for the future, it would be nice if you guys just clearly spell out that when you are releasing a "preliminary" update it means that you need more hand histories for further debugging, but the update is totally unreliable for any other purposes!!

We are doing the best that we can - we will make sure this gets looked into today and I would not be surprised if we put together a fix and another release very quickly.

thanks for your guy's work as always! i just downloaded the latest patch and for me nothing changed. i am still at a point were PT3 is not even importing from the new HH path that was set up by merge (not possible to find the folder) ...very strange. important to note that i am a mac user.

I'm having a hard time getting the HUD to pull up periord. I'm also a Mac user. Should I just use the default settings for the HH's and on PT3?

It is and I have changed my directory to match what was listed in PT3. However, nothing is uploading into PT3 and the HUD is not working.

No, as of right now, HH files are not being written to my Mac at all. This is clearly either a Merge software issue or user error.
