Now I have installed the new version 22, but the HUD at FullTilt still does not work.
Then I renamed the file layouts.pt3 to layouts.backup and restarted PT3, but the HUD still does not work.

Please enable logging (Configure --> Options --> Logging Enabled should be checked, then restart PT3) and attempt to play for one orbit on one table at FTP. Then please attach the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker.log and C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTrackerHud.log files to a support ticket and we'll look into what could be causing this for you and help you get it resolved.

Thanks for your help, but today I have solved the problem.
The HUD was only at Full Tilt not working. Today I have changed the starting options. I start Full Tilt Poker and Pokertracker 3 now every time as administator. Now the HUD works at Full Tilt Poker too. Maybe this helps other users too.
