O.K. It has finally pulled up my ID. Why does overview have 3307 tournaments, while the chart has 3405 tournaments and the table below has 3405 in statistics and 3307 in results?

That can happen if you've imported summaries without any hands for some tournaments - some reports will include the summary-only tournaments and some won't. The development team are updating the reports so that they all show all tournaments, but it's a complex change and I'm not yet sure when it will be ready for release.

Then please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. If you could send us the log plus the screenshots of the affected reports we'll be able to investigate more effectively for you.
