Merge updates change

The Mac issue appears to be on Merge's end - we've been told they will be releasing another update within the next 24 hours so that the hands save properly. Once they do, please let us know if things are then working for you.

We are continuing to work on this issue and will release more updates as needed as soon as they are ready. We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding.

I'm a Mac user and I tried it this morning. Everything seems to be working after the merge update.

For those on macs who can't find their hand histories -- the new update has some sort of weird bug that saves the hand histories in a weird place.

Say you set the directory for hand histories to be saved at /Users/(username)/Library/BlackChipPoker/history
what the program will do is create that filepath INSIDE the app's library folder so your path to your hand histories will look like:

/Users/(username)/Library/BlackChipPoker/Users/(username)/Library/BlackChipPoker/history

It's annoying and weird I know. Hopefully merge fixes it soon.

They are aware and we've been told they're rolling out an update for this today to fix at least this problem.

hi,

i am currently only 25% through my 60 day trial, and play on merge. since their update i have experienced the same problems as everybody else. The problem that i have is that my trial version of PT has not prompted to upgrade any patches that you may have sent out.

What should i do now? Do i re-download from your site? Would i lose all of the data i currently have?

Hi again.

I also was using the trial version, and didn't get updates, and figured that this was as good a time as any to buy. So, I registered, and I still am not getting the updates - is there any way I can force it to update?

The newest beta versions are available on the download page - as long as you're on the newest beta you will receive a notification that a new version is available when you start PT3.

Once Merge support is fully functional again please feel free to submit a support ticket and we'll look into what we can do in terms of extending trials for people who need them.

My sessions are also totalling incorrectly, but I can see why. It is showing the rake incorrectly on some games.

For 10/20 and 15/30 LHE, it appears to be working properly. On 4/8 and 5/10 limit (heads up, not 6 or 9 max I think), the rake is multiplied by 10, so the normal .25 per hand taken in heads up is showing as 2.50 per hand. (yikes if that were real, lol).

Standard "off one decimal point" type error.

edit: I have already installed 3.13.6beta

3.13.7 came out about 45 minutes ago - please update to that version, purge and reimport these sessions and they should import properly this time around.
