Hud will start up but only refreshes my stats

I have the default HUD options with one modification. I color ranged my oppenents VPIP.

I have to keep going into the configure hud and hitting apply to get my oppenents stats to refresh

Any help would be great

Check the Refresh Rates on the HUD Options - the more hands you have on a player the less often their stats will update. Does that explain it? Make sure there are no gaps between ranges too.
I assume that you have hands auto importing OK all the time?
What site is this?

Its fulltilt poker and my ranges & refresh rates look like this

1-50 1
51-200 5
201-500 10
501-1000000 20

I even went back to the default ranges and it still wasnt updating the HUD

My auto importing is working fine

OK, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

Is it all players who aren't updating? If its not, please note which ones don't update.

Select all the files you want to zip, and right click -> Send to Compressed Folder.

The zip file needs to be under 5MB, but if you just play about 30 hands on a single table and just zip that single HH file then it shouldn't be anywhere near that big!
