Posted: Fri May 15, 2009 4:00 pmTry upgrading to Beta 27.1 (available on our download page) and see if that fixes things.
If it doesn't, please enable logging (Configure --> Options --> Logging Enabled and restart PT3) and reproduce this crash, then attach the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker.log file to a support ticket and we'll look into what could be causing this for you.
