Hi,

I play HU SNGs (2 players) at Ipoker but PT3 doesn´t write the results correct . If i won a SNG PT3 writes it down that i lost it.
Can you help me?

What version of PT3 are you using?
PT3 should be importing the results, but it's possible it is different in heads-up tournaments.
Is the results information written to the file?

Please enable logging and restart PT3 then play a single tournament and attach the PokerTracker.log file and the hand history file to a support ticket so that we can investigate.

I am using the version 3.00 beta 30.1

Yes, the information who wins is in the file. I still had enable logging because i have with PT3 still an other problem.

I open an nwe ticket and attach both files.
