PokerTracker Error

XML parsing error:'syntax error' at line 1.

How do i fix this?

Are you running "CA Security suite"?

I dont think so. Ive never even heard of CA Security. I have AVG and Norton Internet Security.

I should also note that this is the second time ive downloaded it after uninstalling the first time (got the same error message).

When i go to remove program and uninstall PT3 in starts uninstalling and then a message shows up reading "Note: C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3 could not be removed!"

I'm gonna guess it's Norton - CA Security was causing this error for others. Please try disable it and install (disconnect from Internet if you're worried) - I'd be very surprised if it were AVG.

yes ok now it will work. But it is asking me to configure PostgreSQL Server. I downloaded the version w/o PstgreSQL. Now what?

Have you got postgresql installed already? if so, you should know what to put here. If not, you should download/install the other one

Confirmed Norton trashes the XML too then?

I d/l the version without PostgreSQL and this message came up. It should only come up with the version w/ PostgreSQL correct?

yes. same thing comes up except i dont have the link underneath the boxes asking "Need PostgreSQL? Click here!"
