Upgraded to 30.9 and found problems playing SNGs and other tournaments on PokerStars. The stats are crazy (e.g., VPIP greater than 100%). Affects all tournament HUDS, including the PT3 Default HUD. Does not affect cash HUDs. I sent the problem to Tech Support, and received the solution:

"Please open your C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerTracker 3\Data\Config\PokerTracker.cfg file, and under the [General] section, add the following: LogCacheUpdateQueries=Y"

Did as instructed. Didn't work. Problem persists. Any further ideas?

Did you rebuild the cache via the Database Management tab? You do need to do that as well. If you did that and are still seeing that problem, please include your logs in your ticket so that we can forward them to the development team to investigate what is causing this error.

Yep, I followed the instructions to the letter. I've sent the logs, screen shots, etc. No reply. I have a Hobson's choice here: I can revert to 30.8, which will give me my tournament HUD back and allow me to play SNGs, but I won't be able to play FPP and FreeRoll games (PokerStars) because that wasn't enabled until 30.9 . Dang.

What's your ticket number? I'll make sure it's in the right place. (We're a little short staffed this weekend due to the holiday.)
