PokerTracker

VPIP is frequently lower than PFR for new players. Like 2 of 8 VPIP and 4 of 8 PFR. Also showing 266% 3bet, 100% wtsd, etc.

also, whenever i X out of poker tracker, i get a windows message that poker tracker has stopped working.

We have had a few users report similar problems. We believe it has something to do with custom statistics during the incremental cache update, so we added extra logging in this release.

Please open your C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerTracker 3\Data\Config\PokerTracker.cfg file, and under the [General] section, add the following: LogCacheUpdateQueries=Y

After you do that, restart PT3. Then go into Database > Housekeeping and Rebuild Cache (note: this is different than Update Cache and is only available in Beta 30.9). Once that's done, your stats will be repaired. The next time you notice this happening, send us the PokerTracker.log file.

Just wanted to note that I've noticed the same problem (minus the "not working" message when closing), though it appears to happen sporadically. I'll follow the instructions above.

i cant open the cfg file. it's asking me for a program to open it.

suggestions?

Click Start --> All Programs --> Accessories and right click on Notepad and click Run As Administrator. Then open the configuration file in the notepad window that appears and it should open and be editable.

i tried to change it. but it wont let me save the changes.

now what??

am i going to have to purge these hands and re-record them?

note: i did open notepad as admin before i tried this

No, you don't need to re-import the hands, doing full Database > Housekeeping, including ReIndex and REBUILD Cache should sort it out.

i did it like u have explained it, the pop up stats are now korrekt, but the normal stats are still wrong.

i hope for a bug fix quickly
