RPM/Merge Buy-in amounts/amounts won not showing

I am using PT3 on RPM for the first time. The HUD works fine, and it is picking up hand histories with no problems, but It is not processing the buy-in/amount won amounts. Do I need to do anything to fix this?

Thanks for a great product!

Please read the Tournaments FAQ.
For Merge tournament buy-in amounts should be picked up from the tournament name where possible, but their hand histories don't actually specify the buy-in. If you have "named" tournaments which are not being detected correctly please attach an example hand history file to a Support ticket and tell us the cost and prize structure and we'll see if the rules can be improved.

This sounds like a lot of work! However, I will do it. You guys make a great product, and I don't mind helping you (and me) out. Just so you know, NONE of the tournaments I have played have been detected correctly. I am submitting a support ticket as requested, however, it appears that there will need to be some kind of longer term fix as it doesn't appear that they put the tournament buy-in in the tournament name.

hmmm. Couldn't figure out how to attach a history file. It says it cannot download them, and they are XML files. When I try to open it to unzip it, it says I cannot open XML files. Any thoughts?

Ah, sorry - you will need to compress the file(s) to attach them.
Thanks.

You're right that they don't include the tournament buy-in, which is where the problem is. However, their animal names are consistent so we can infer the cost from those. Other tournaments are going to cause problems, though, if we can't link a consistent name to a cost.
