All my stats gone from PokerStars

Hi, all my stats are gone from pokerstars. Maybe there is a direction i may check is there r all imported hands? maybe is something wrong with options on pokerstars becouse I my stats from FTP is ok.

Is this for PT3 or PT4? It sounds like you may have a filter set or you may not have the right player selected and if you confirm for me which you are using I'll give you directions on how to check these things.

Make sure in the left hand sidebar that you have yourself chosen from the drop down and that you have no filters set. If there are any lines in blue, they are filtering. Uncheck or go to All to change it back to the unfiltered version.

I didnt notice any filters blue or marked but when I pressed "clear all filters" my stats went back, thanks for directions
