Pt4 hands in high stake games on low stakes version

I have pt4 small stakes package but for the first time tried 33 heads up sng game and it tracked the hands. After I need to edit by in and changed it to is its33 buy in amount after. Did that the sng disappeared. If I upgrade to full version of pt4 will the sng show up again

Yes it will. This can happen for sites which don't actually specify the buy-in in their histories - when you add the buy-in it hides the tournament. For sites which specify the buy-in the hands won't import in the first place in the small stakes version.
Either way, once you update to the full version you'll see any high stakes hands/tournaments already in your database, or you'll be able to import any high stakes hands/tournaments that weren't already imported.
