Can't see any stats, HUD

I've used Pokertracker 4 on another computer before without any issues. On this computer, the site (Pokerstars) is configured right, and it does seem to import hand history files, but everything is blank on the ''View stats'' page. I can't find myself when pressing ''Choose new player'' but I can find at least some of the players I have played. When I make them an active player no stats show up either though. No hand histories whatsoever. I don't understand this at all...

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.
