PT3 only got first two imported Pokerstars hands

Problem with importing hands from Pokerstars.

System: Windows 7 Pro
PT: PT3 3.14.7

HUD Display on multiple tables were showing statistics ok and updated with first two imported hands but then PT3 wasn't getting any more imported hands. Opened a new table, faced the same problem, the new table only got first 2 hands statistics.

I ran both Pokerstars and PT3 as administrator. Set UAC to Never notify.

What do I need to do to resolve this problem? I'll upgrade PT to version 4 within 3 months but for now I'd be appreciate if you advise me of any solutions. thanks

I suspect that you don't have PokerStars hand histories configured correctly so you're only getting the couple of observed hands imported before you actually start playing.

Please read the PokerStars Configuration Guide to set things up correctly.

If you still have problems after that please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can check your logs and find out what the problem is.

Finally I've solved it, indeed my PT configuration has wrong default path to pokerstars's handhistory folder. Thanks for tip.
