PokerTracker

Hi

When i try to start up poker tracker for Mac...

I get a pop up screen saying a version of poker tracker is already running..

- I don't have it running already
-I don't have it set up on 2 computers,
-Tried resetting computer..

Is someone able to help me on this problem.

What version of PokerTracker are you running?

i just know its poker tracker 4.. not sure what updated version

Open Applications -> Utilities -> Terminal and at the terminal paste in this:
rm ~/.pokertracker4.pid

and then hit enter and you should be able to start PT4 up.
