You do not need to look in the subfolders, if you have enabled logging it will be in the main user data folder that I gave you the path for. (In the same folder that you see the Config, Data and Logs folders.)

If you don't have the PokerTracker4.log file there that suggests you haven't run with logging enabled.
Click Start then click All Programs, then PokerTracker 4 and then the "Logging Enabled" logging.

Yes I got that far, clicked on ''Poker Tracker 4 (logging enabled)'' and it brought up the same window as before ''Configure postgreSQL server''

When you run that way you should get a log file which will show us what is going on.

Did you have PostgreSQL already on this machine or did PT4 install it for you?
If it was already installed, how did you install it?

Just get to that window using the Logging Enabled link and send us the log as described earlier in the thread and we'll take it from there.

We need the log to show us what is going wrong so that we can tell you what the proper steps are to fix.

Then just create a support ticket and one of our technicians will work with you until things are working properly for you.
