Total reload of laptop

I am going to reformat my hard drive and reload all my software. What files do I need to backup and where are these files located so as not to lose the following:
1. My data base info and hand histories
2. My custom statistics
3. My custom reports
4. Any special settings I might have
5. Anything else you might suggest

You can do all of this in one file - see the Tutorial: Backup and Restore.
You might want to make a copy of your hand history files (compressed) too, as an extra backup.
