2010/11/05 19:41:28: Fatal Exception during Auto-Import process: Invalid PostgreSQL connection object

what should I do to fix it? I have postgresql version 8.3 and the latest PT version.

I was looking around in PT and trying different filters when this error occured.

Try restarting PT3 or your computer - that will often fix this.

ajoannic,

Did you create a support ticket for your problem?

reigoo1,

Please restart PT3 using the Logging Enabled link on your start menu, reproduce and report this problem and we'll investigate further for you.

What is your ticket number, I'll chase it up for you.
In the meantime, please check Support > My Tickets in the Side Navigation bar in case a reply has gone to your junk mail or something.

ajoannic don't be so negative !

Kraada worked with me today and made new database and copied my hands there. There was something I need to do before it all works out, but I don'y rememeber exactly what :D .

If I start auto importing I get this error.

2010/11/10 19:42:54: Unable to begin feeder import process. Reason: PokerTracker is configured to import into an outdated database. This must be corrected before an import can succeed.

How can I configure it to import in to my new database?
