Need help with getting PostgreSQL up after reformat.

I just backed up my database and reformatted my system (vista). I am getting this popup while re-installing PT3.
I have 2 problems.
1. I don't remember which version of PostgreSQL I was running before I reformatted. I was reading I need the same version as the one I used when I backed up my DB.. I installed PostgreSQL on my laptop years ago and I never updated it, didn't think I had too. Any guess as to which one I need or is there a way to see what version my DB is backed up under?
I do not believe I ever had SP 1 Installed, so I figured I would need an older version of PostgreSQL... Which brings me to my next problem.
2. The "Download PostgreSQL" link is broken, It sends me to this URL http://www.postgresql.org/ftp/binary/v8.2.7/win32 which is just "404 Not Found". Do you guys have another link to whatever this was going to have me download?
