PostgreSQL Database error

I purchased PT3 today and i'm trying to install it but i can pass the "Configure PostgreSQL Database step". When i click on "create" here is what appears :

What can i do ? Thx for your help

Try reinstalling PT3 - the empty query error implies that the installation did not complete properly.
