Same reg issue as everyone else, no progress

As with several other people on here, I keep getting the same error message, confirm date, etc. My PAHUD has reverted back to trial mode. For the past month it's been working fine. I ordered a new reg code and it still doesn't work. When purchasing the product, was it a monthly fee? I was under the impression that it was a one time pruchase price.
TBH, i've been really disappointed in the responses I've read up to this point regarding this problem and how to resolve it.

Are you saying that no one has replied to your support ticket? I find that hard to believe.

I was actually referring to the responses that I saw to each of the posts regarding it here.
But no, I have not received a reply to my support ticket either.

Yeah, I tried that. It sent me the same code. I heard back from support, they basically said the same thing and gave me the same link. Firewall was turned off, Pahud was restarted, reg code pasted, same response. Unfortunately, what should've worked, didn't. Waiting to here back again. I'm concerned that because you can't actually reply back to a support email, I will get the same response from the next(IDK how many times that's happened with diff. online supports). I attached the original support ticket for reference, hopefully it is referred to.

I went ahead and created a log of my of my attempts and sent them to support, so hopefully they can determine something from that.

exactly the same here.
Initial good response , but I`m only one step ahead of you, I sent log file , next response was
"Did you really buy this product we cannot find you in our system, but I may be youre stil in it as I dont have acces to all of it"
Off course I paid for it I am registered for 1 month, so I Sent original mail with reg, key.
No response yet.

Yeah i made the same mistake. PKRmanager is sounding more and more enticing at this point.

Heading into night 3 without PAHUD. Support has had the log for over 24 hours, hopefully they get to it soon.

No response from support despite a post and a ticket. Is there another HUD product that works with PT out there? This is really not a nice thing to do to paying customers.
