Saving results as an IMG or exporting them to excel

I was wondering how I can save my results in the general info tab either as an image that i can print or how to save them to excel so I can print them from there

Click the "p" button on the left side of the section you want to export and this will open the print window. On that window, click the Export button and you will be able to export that data to Excel.

it says i need to enter a file name but I need to find a file that I'm trying to export?

No, you just type in the file name you want to save to and click OK.
