How do I treat euros as dollars? And can this be done on individual dates to reflect changing currency exchange rates?

Use the Utilities > Enter Exchange Rates window.

Im confused... I entered the exchange rate and clicked save for today's session. I won 8730 euros, and it says today this is equivalent to 6861.01 dollars, which is not right. Am i supposed to enter 1/conversion rate instead?

What conversion rate did you enter? The current rate appears to be 1 EURO = 1.2658 USD - did you enter this value into the exchange rate window for today?

Right, I matched the picture in the 'enter exchange rate' window, with the picture here: http://www.x-rates.com/

But when I enter 1.2658, in the 'Game Level' tab of PT, it says that I won 6861 dollars roughly, when I know I won 8730 euros.

When I enter 1/1.2658 (whatever that is), it comes out to be roughly correct. Is this correct?

In the exchange rate window, you need to enter 1.2658 in the EURO field for this date. Is that what you did? If so, the numbers should be correct.

yes, this is what I did. But in the game field tab, it Decreases the dollar amount, which cannot be right...

I know i won X euros, so when I do this it should become 1.2658X, instead it appears to be 1/1.2658 X.

OK, you are right, in all the time this has been in place the exchange rate was never greater than 1 USD so this has never come up before. It does take the amount won / exchange rate but it should be multiplying if the rate is > 1. I'll have to fix it.

To get close to the right amount, use .79 (i.e. 1/1.2658) on the exchange rate window.
