hand history not found

its not importing hands when i open the folder wherre the hands dshould be, tne folder is empty and yet pt3 is seing at least the observed hands. could it be fhat pt3 is moving these hands before pt2 sees them? please help i am at a complete loss.

For what site is this? If there are no hand history files in the hand history folder then it's probably likely PT3 has moved them if you are running both versions for the same site for some reason. Look in the processed files folder where you told PT3 to move them. Are they there?
