This is the error message when I try to import hands from Full Tilt.
"Import Finished With Errors - The import finished but there were errors.
Open the Utilities/Error Log Display/Maintenance window to see the errors - 1 file(s) read - 0 new hand(s) were imported."
When I look up in the utilities there are following details:
"Error chip count not a valid number for player XXXXXXXX for game #9941944480."
or
"Error small blind not a valid number for game #9941935678."
I checked already the regional settings and the language settings in fulltilt and pt2.
Please any ideas!?

This is a regional settings issue. If you are using Vista then it sounds like you aren't running PT2 as administrator. Read this FAQ

I changed all programs to "Run as administrator" , but its still not working and the same error message appears.
I 've got Vista service pack 2, PostgreSQL 8.2.7-1, PT 2.17.03d .....might help you.
The weird thing is that the "processed hand files" have been moved to the specific folder. They just won't read from PT.
Any ideas?

Does Vista prompt you to cancel/allow PT2 to run when you first open it? It should be asking you.

Then you aren't running them as administrator. Right-click on the PT2 desktop icon and select "Run as administrator" from the popup menu.
Does it prompt you now? If so, do the import and you shouldn't get any errors.

I am 100% sure that the programs run as Administrators. I 've checked it twice after I made the settings.
Its still the same error and its only with FullTilt. With Ipoker and Party everything si fine.
What else can I do?

If it's not prompting you to cancel/allow PT to run then it's not running as administrator, unless you have the UAC off. Do you have the UAC turned off?? If you don't then it should prompt you. Run it like I described below and tell me if it prompts you or not.
Also, post the hand history text from these 2 hands that give this error.

I had the UAC deactivated. I activated it and Vista prombt me immediately. But that doesnt help importing any hands.
Here the error messages:
"Import Finished With Errors - The import finished but there were errors. Open the Utilities/Error Log Display/Maintenance window to see the errors - 1 file(s) read - 0 new hand(s) were imported."
when I look in utilities for the error details, it shows me this
"Error chip count not a valid number for player XXXXXXXXX for game #10036108672."
I run all programs as administrator.
Now what???

Post the hand history text from one of these hands like I asked you to do in the last reply.
Then go to the Start menu > Control Panel > Regional and Language Settings window.
Does it say "English(United States)" there.
What are the exact values in the Number and Currency sample fields.
