Hi!
I'm importing bossmedia Hand History files (.XML format) and the program only acceptts 84 files at once. There around 15 000 of them in my folder, is there a way to solve this problem?
I have contacted support, but they offered no help after they heard about PT holdem 2. They said I should buy PT3 cause PT2 is not being sold anymore and even stopped answering my inquiries. Seeing such attitude to their former product users i would think twice before buying anything from them, but I'm still eager to solve this problem, so may be you guys had faced such problem and know alternative way to just repeat importing 84 files again and again?

Nobody stopped replying to your tickets, I've replied to you. I forwarded your last reply, where you claimed PT3 couldn't be used in the trial version with BossMedia to the PT3 guys because I couldn't believe that was the case. And you are NOT a former product user of PT2, you never purchased the program in the first place which is why you have been told you need to now be using PT3, which supports BossMedia. There is no reason you should be using PT2 for BossMedia sites if you haven't purchased PT2 before, other than the fact that you have a cracked version of PT2 and you don't want to pay for PT3.

What I surely don't want to pay for are the poinltess accusations in stealing your products.
I have stated in the very first inquiry that i'm working with a TRIAL version of PT2 holdem and have run into a technical problem with an operation that the TRIAL versoin of PT3 (which u gave me a link to in your latest reply) does not supported at all. So far I heard only suggestions to buy full version of PT3 and not a word of advice. I'd already planned to do that but let me first find out how it works and if it actually meets my needs. Buying a cat in the bag is just not my thing. Likewise being polite with potential customers - is not yours.

PT3 DOES support BossMedia so if you have problems with that then you need to post those problems on the PT3 forums. PT2 IS NO LONGER BEING SUPPORTED for sites PT3 works with for users that never bought PT2 in the first place.
The only people I've seen on this forum that are using PT2 for sites that PT3 already supports are people that have already legitimately paid for PT2 or people that haven't (using cracked versions of PT2) and don't want to have to pay for PT3 either. If you look at many posts here you will see I ask people whether they have purchased the program or not. You will see many replies that they claim to have purchased it but then offer no proof of such. If you are telling me the truth then I apologize. But you would be in the minority in that regard.

OK, given the situation as u described I feel sorry for harsh words from my side. The reason i started to struggle with PT2 was because until this morning i was quite sure I couldn't import HH files into a trial version of PT3. When u name PT3 u never specify if u mean trial version or full, while it does matter in regard with bossmedia files. One of the links from official download page for PT3 trial version provides with a software that says "this option is supported only in full version" on attempt to import them. Yesterday i used alternative link and yes, the files were imported without a problem. I'm glad that it went this way and of course it can be considered as an option to solve that problem all started with. But why are there two links for downloading files with the same size and different opportunities anyway? I have to ask this because choosing the wrong one has costed me much time and efforts. Same as it costed to you.

It's because the second link is considered a beta version, I guess because the PT3 guys haven't officially released the Boss (and other changes) version. I don't know why they haven't done that yet but I agree it is confusing.

All right, I'm done with import now, everything looks pretty good. I've got some minor issues with separate hands but if I need your help to solve them, i'll specify them in reply to your last letter. That letter proved to be of big help actually, it spared me from much of hand-work. Well Pat (i hope this is your name), you somewhat saved my weekend
Thank-you!
