Replaying handhistories does no longer work!

hi,
i used PT2 6 month ago when i played on the ipoker network. i could select a played hand by double clicking on the game number and then replay it by clicking "r".
this does no longer work! right now i play at ftp and everything else works just fine. i updated to 2.17.03d but my problem was not solved.
any ideas?
