Problem Import HH stars

Sorry for my english. I'm playing on pokerstars.fr for the first time.
I'm playing with english soft. Handhistory are in english. I choose the good HH folder location. And i'm playing in pokerstars with administrator system.
I had this message "Import Finished - 1 file(s) read - 0 new hand(s) were imported."
I don't understand. i had no problem on FT.com...
