Eurolinx 6max HH being read but not Heads up

I noticed that my heads up hand histories are not being read on eurolinx, most likely because I had the box "Treat all hands as 6max" checked. Is there a way I can go through and get my heads up hand histories? (They should be in the processed hand history folder, but I'm not sure what to do with them once i have them.)
Thanks.

You can use the Utilities > Database Maintenance and Options window, 6 max/5 max/1-on-1 Conversion button to convert these sessions to 1-on-1 instead of having to reimport.

sorry, but how do i do this? I went there, selected my screen name, and searched for the sessions but they don't show up.
I'm guessing they've been pushed to the processed HH folder, but what i see there are .tmp files. I'm not sure what i need to do with these? (Or I may be completely off track, if so what do I do?)
Thanks a lot.

This has nothing to do with the processed files.
Open the Utilities > Database Maintenance and Options window.
Select your name from the list.
Click the 6 max/5 max/1-on-1 Conversion button.
In the "Convert To" field select "1-on-1". Click the "Search all sessions" box and then click Search.
If it doesn't come back with any sessions found then it means it doesn't find any sessions in your database where the entire sessions was played against no more than 1 other player.

Alright, so I did that. But I know that there is a session that should be there, yet is not. Is there anything else I can do to retrieve it? (It should have been imported.)
Also, for future reference, if I'm playing 6max and HU on Prima at the same time, should I not have the box "Treat all hands as 6 max" selected in the auto-import window?
Thanks again.

Are you able to find this session on the session notes tab? If so, double-click on that session, go to the Game Notes tab and click the Get All button. Then look at each hand and see if any were played with more than 2 players. If any games were played with 3+ players then it's not considered a HU session.
You can't play at both levels at the same time and expect PT to put the right designation on the levels so you will have to go back after the fact and use this function to convert them to the right session.

I'm confused. The site I play on has special HU tables set so that there's a maximum of 2 players. If I am playing on these tables at the same time that I'm playing on a table whose maximum players is 6, I should not have "Treat all hands as 6max (ring game only)" box checked, correct?
Going through the session notes tab, it seems that its just this one session that is missing; other HU sessions from this website show up. So the fact that I'm missing this session isn't a big deal, I would just like to make sure I know what I'm doing so that I can get them all in the future.

No, this is not correct. The reason the "Treat as" option is needed is because this site doesn't list what type of game it is in the hand histories so PT has no way of knowing what kind of table it is.

So even if i am playing at a HU table that only allows a maximum of 2 players, I should have it set as "Treat as 6max"?, and the hands will still be imported correctly?

No, that's not what I said. I said you need to manually use this 6 max/5 max/1-on-1 Conversion button after the session to convert it to a heads up session.
