I didn't want to change the tournament code without a file to test with. Download the patch file again, it's fixed now.

still doesnt work with the H patch, as a note Im on Titan Poker, assume its the same due to it being on iPoker network.

When I try to import it basically sees the file, says importing 1 file 0 hands imported and i receive no error messages and the file gets moved to where all my logged hands get moved to :*(

edit- also when I look at the hand histories straight from Titanpoker they now all seem to have and minus (-) sign before the hand number

From WHill "support" re PTracker

please note that we do not have tournament codes/numbers with a negative
sign. The sign before the number must be a dash and not a negative sign.

Also, please be advised that the use of a 3rd party software is not permitted
on William Hill Poker Club. We would suggest that you not install this
software as it will possibly contain Spyware or Trojan horse virus that could
steal your personal information such as passwords from your computer. We will
not be responsible for actions made with your account if you have compromised
your computers security. Rest assured any players found cheating on William
Hill Poker Club will have their accounts closed.

Thank you for your kind understanding.
