I tested this with a file I got from Paul and it worked fine. Are you sure the version number says 2.17.03I ? If it does, email me one of the XML files to support at pokertracker dot com.

Please send me a couple files. I got a file from JamJoe and their format at the top of the XML file is completely different from the one you sent me, it's missing a table name and some other stuff. I don't know why they keep dicking around with these files.

Ok I've sent 1 more it's only other 1 I have since the problem began as I don't like playing HU SNGs without having HHs to go with the tournies etc.

As a side note it might be worth mentioning that I am on Titan Poker but also, during the SNGs Titan show....
Current Hands: -
Last Hand: -
Where as in cash games that i've observed they show the proper hand #s in the corner.

It seem's Titan Poker have recently implemented a kind of...online storage for HHs, where you can go into My Account and D/L the HH for a specific tournament, or cash game etc, these are the same as you get normally and also don't import.

This is because their game numbers have become too large. PT has had the same issue with other sites once the game #'s exceed 2,147,483,647. The "number" field they are using to store the game #'s cannot hold this large a number (they need to use a number field that is able to hold a larger number) so what it does is converts the number to a negative number. The fact that their support stated in the reply Paul posted that it's really not a negative number pretty much indicates they don't have a clue about what the problem is.

However, your files have an additional problem. The format is missing things from the header of the XML file, specifically the table name. That is why PT is having problems with your files.

Paul, your issues should be fixed with this "J" patch...

Jamjoe, your issue is more complicated because of the different format/missing data so I'm still trying to figure a way around that.

emailed an original file this time, 1 that wasn't already processed by PT or 're-fetched' from ipoker.
Also its 10man instead of HU

OK, Jamjoe, get the J patch now...(if you already downloaded it, download it again as I made more changes but left the version # the same)...

http://s217900936.onlinehome.us/patch21703j.exe

You should be able to import either type of file now. Let me know how it works...
