I have had a similar problem to others regarding WH in that hands were not importing,i downloaded the patch and the hands imported but they are not showing up when i open ring game stats.I double checked that my alias was correct and checked yesterday and todays date to see if they would show up but no joy.Any ideas on why my stats ar not showing up?

Open the Utilities > Database Maintenance and Options window. Select your name from the list. Do you see the sessions there? If not, go all the way to the bottom of the list. Do you see any there with dates that are incorrect?

EDIT: I just got a support ticket with someone saying the hands for April 1 2009 were imported as Jan 4 2009 because the format of the files seems to have gone from mm/dd/yyyy to dd/mm/yyyy - check to see if that is the case here. Also, did you use this "J" patch to import these files or an older patch?

As per your edit i have the same date in reverse problem,whats the next move?

You need to get this "K" patch - http://s217900936.onlinehome.us/patch21703k.exe

Then use the Utilities > Database Maintenance and Options window to purge the sessions with the wrong dates and then reimport the XML files from April 1 to get the the right dates on the sessions.
