What version of PT2?
Are you using Vista? If so, are you running PT2 as administrator? Does Vista prompt you to cancel/allow PT to run?
Are you letting PT change the regional settings to English/US?

Unless you have the UAC turned off, you should be getting prompted. If you don't have the UAC turned off, right-click on the PT2 desktop icon and select 'run as administrator'. Does it prompt you now?

If you have the UAC turned off then I need to see one of the XML files. Email me one of those files to support at pokertracker dot com so I can see it.

That's because they also changed the time to not include the seconds, it just shows the hour and minute now which throws off the parsing. I didn't notice this when I was doing the patch. I'll get another one out in a little bit.

OK, download and install the patch again...

You'll have to purge (using the Utilities > Database Maintenance and Options window) and reimport the XML files again to get the data corrected.
