Help with error code.

Here is a part of an email I just sent to FT regarding some errors I had while playing in their SNG madness deal.

Please see attached for the first. When I would open a new lobby to register for a tournament all I would get was the blank screen shown in the screenshot. I also could not make any plays on any of my tables until I closed that lobby. This happened with every other tournament that would open for registration. What I mean is, if tourney 1 was a blank screen I couldnt register. But then tourney 2 I could. No to 3, yes to 4. And so on.

Second, immediately after getting the blank lobby, my max number of tables went down to 14, then later to 13, and lastly to 12. I would either get the too many windows open error or the "you cannot register for any more tournaments, please contact support" error.

Here is an error message I have 22 times in PT. The timing coincides with the issues I explained above.

8/1/2008 21:33:37 C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\HandHistory\LHS1C0D.tmp Unable to get the game level/limit...$0/$0 - No Limit Hold'em - 21:31:04 ET - 2008/08/01 AutoFTP (2.17.02)

I guess I am just looking for any help in explaining to FT what the issue was. What does this error mean?

Thanks for the help.

I don't know about the other issues mentioned but I'd need to see the hand history text from these hands to know what the issue with the PT errors are.

How can I tell what HH these TMP files refer to?

It tells you in the error message:
C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\HandHistory\LHS1C0D.tmp

Here is the beginning text from the TMP file that was created. The file lists about a dozen hands but does not go to conclusion. I found the whole HH in Tourney Manager and I played in this one normally as far as I can tell.

Couple things I did notice though. 13 TMP files were created in my HH folder but not under the swongs_1thing folder like the normally are. Second, of the 22 error codes in PT, which represent 8 uniques tourney id #'s, only two of them match to a HH I have. One is above.

The first hand is incomplete and will not be able to be imported.

TMP files are observed hands that you didn't play in so these won't be created under your user folder.

Second, of the 22 error codes in PT, which represent 8 uniques tourney id #'s, only two of them match to a HH I have.

TMP files go away when you close the Full TIlt program - Full Tilt erases them.
