PostgreSQL help

Hi,
I currently have Poker Tracker 3 and PostreSQL 8.3 installed on my computer.

just got PTS and now trying to convert the database to postres, but having trouble. there is nothing to select from the "ODBC entry to use" in the postgres settings.

Can anyone help me with this?? i dont have any older versions of PostreSQL installed.
